Shidia – Thimonia

Next to Aliki, you will see at the left side of the road, two small windless bays. Shidia is the first one, where you can still see the remains of an old Byzantium church and Thimonia is the second, where the oldest ancient tower of Thassos was. It had a diameter of 15 meters and is located near a green valley. There is also a second defensive tower which is square shaped. There are also some isolated beaches nearby.
