Skala Potamia

Just 3 km from Potamia you can find the seaside part of the village called Skala Potamia. Its main characteristic is the beach which is famous by the name of Golden Beach. This name was given due to the thin sand which, combining with the sun light, appears to have a golden color. Another main fact is that it has two blue flags.

At the small port of the area, there is a Luna Park right next to the building of Tarsanas, a building which was built in the 19th century by Mt. Athos monks.
