Livadi – Tarsanas – Giola

Just under the Monastery of Archangel Michail, there is the beach of Livadi and next to it there is a smaller one, isolated and well hidden with few small fishing huts and natural waters that flow in the sea. The locals called it Tarsanas and you can reach it by following a ground path before Livadi. Another ground road just before the Monastery –you may have to ask a local- leads to Giola, a truly unique and special place. Giola is a natural swimming pool inside marble rocks just 2 meters from the Aegean Sea. It seems isolated from the main sea, but there is an underwater connection.
